We are now offering two new well-being and recovery courses at Roshni Ghar in Keighley.
Mind in Bradford practitioners are delivering an 11-week Wellness Recovery Action Plan course called WRAPÒ, which helps individuals identify triggers and wellness tools. The second course looks at food and nutrition and how eating well can improve mental health.
Roshni Ghar supports South Asian women experiencing mental health problems at its base in Scott Street and helps them become more independent. Translators are present in the new sessions.
Mind in Bradford Service Director Christina Collins said she was delighted to be working with Roshni Ghar and extending services to Keighley.
This is an important step in rolling out some extra support to local communities,” she said. “These courses will help women improve both their mental and physical well-being and manage their mental health in positive way
