Services resume some face to face support

We are really pleased to be starting our phased return to providing face to face services, which we had to suspend due to the coronavirus outbreak.

The Sanctuary crisis support

Our safe space in times of mental health crisis, The Sanctuary, will continue to offer support over the phone, and now limited face to face support as well. For urgent mental health support, please call First Response on 0800 952 1181.

New Wellbeing timetable

We also have a new wellbeing timetable with groups and one to one sessions available via zoom and in person. You can see the full wellbeing timetable here and find out more about the wellbeing service here

If you want to book to attend a group in person, please call 01274 730 815 or email [email protected] and our friendly admin team will be happy to help.

If you want to attend a group via Zoom, please call us on 01274 730 815 or email [email protected] for the joining details.

Please note that you will need to pre-book to attend the Hearing Voices group whether in person or via Zoom due to limited capacity.

One to one sessions are now available for people who are new to our Wellbeing Service and for those who have not been able to engage with our Zoom groups.

New safety measures

To keep you and our staff safe and well, all clients and visitors to the office are expected to follow our new safety measures, which include the mandatory wearing of a face covering, unless you have an exemption, and social distancing. Please read our information and expectations here.  We encourage clients who are exempt from wearing a face covering to wear a visor or face shield, if possible. One can be provided to you if needed – please ask a member of staff.

For your safety, staff will also be wearing a face covering. However, if you are hard of hearing and would prefer staff to wear a face shield or visor, please let us know and we will make arrangements for this to happen.

Please call us on 01274 730 815 or email [email protected] if you have any questions or concerns.
