Independent Living Skills: Learn practical skills such as cooking, budgetting,  resilience, self management, self confidence and much more. To book a place, call 01274 730 815. 

Peer Support Group Monday: Meet others who have similar issues, share experiences and tips. No booking required. 

Peer Support Group Tuesday: Join our 6 week rolling recovery focussed group to tackle issues such as anxiety and depression. To book a place, and/or find out the topic, call 01274 730 815. 

Tribal Drumming: Drum out your excess emotional energy, gain confidence, meet others and have fun. No booking required

MensZone: Join our group and meet other men as you work towards improving your mental health, quality of life and confidence. No booking required

One on Ones: (Wednesday/Friday) Access 1-1 support from a member of our team to discuss and explore options for recovery and positive steps forward. Appointments essential; to book, call 01274 730 815. 

Recovery Group: Join our recovery group as we explore options for moving forward and discuss practical tips for self-management, increased confidence and reduced social isolation). No booking required.

Hearing Voices Group: Experience hearing voices, paranoid thoughts or irrational beliefs? Access this group for peer support, information to help you better understand your condition and tips for moving forward. No booking required

Mixed Well-being Group: Meet others, make new friends, increase your confidence and enhance your mental health and well-being. No booking required. 

Mindfulness Group: Increase your self awareness, confidence, and learn relaxation techniques to de-stress and re-gain control over your mind and body. No booking required. 

WomensZone: Join our group and meet other women as you work towards improving your mental health, quality of life and confidence. No booking required

Art Group: Meet new people, increase your confidence and enhance your well-being whilst you express your creative side. No booking required

How much does it cost & how do I access this service?

All groups and activities in the Well-being programme are free. Donations however are greatly appreciated and are vital for our organisation. 

No referral or formal diagnosis is needed. Some activities require booking and are aimed at specific groups; see above.

All activities are currently based at:

Kenburgh House, 2nd Floor, 28 Manor Row, Bradford, BD1 4QU

Oureach initiatives will be based in the community; further information will be available in the near future.
