We have launched our Do One Thing fundraising challenge!

As World Mental Health Day 2021 approaches, we have launched a challenge to get people involved with awareness-raising and fundraising ahead of the day.

World Mental Health Day is an international day for global mental health education, awareness and advocacy against social stigma. It takes places on 10 October. In the week leading up to the day (4-8 October) we’re running fundraising challenge Do One Thing, which asks people to do one thing to fight for better mental health – because if we all do one thing, we can change everything.

You can get involved by doing one activity, big or small, to join the fight and support our vital mental health services.

Follow these three simple steps to take part:

  1. Register your interest using the sign-up form here
  2. Choose your one thing – see our list for some ideas!
  3. Get vital donations for us by sharing your challenge

Find out more information and get started here.
