Service update following Government’s latest announcement

Following the Government’s announcement of new coronavirus guidelines from Monday 13 December, we want to give an update on how we will continue to run our services while ensuring the safety of our people, clients and visitors on site.

We are still here to help, including with COVID-safe, face-to-face services, running as they currently are. We will continue to monitor how we run our services and give any further updates as and when the guidance or need arises.

We are taking a number of steps to make sure our office is as safe an environment as possible:

  • We will continue to COVID-screen all clients and visitors before they come in.
  • We remind all clients and visitors that masks must be worn unless you are exempt – masks are available at our reception if you need one.
  • We ask that clients do not arrive any earlier than 10 minutes before a face-to-face session, to reduce the time spent in the office.
  • We also ask that social distancing is practiced as you sign in and out.

We have a dedicated team who are working hard to maintain our mental health support services in these difficult times, and we are doing everything we can to ensure this support is safe and effective.

We are here for you. To find out more about our services, head to the support for you section of our website.

Please call us on 01274 730 815 or email [email protected] if you have any questions or concerns about our services.

To talk to someone about your mental health, please call our freephone helpline, Guide-Line, on 08001 884 884

We’re pleased to be able to continue our support and look forward to seeing you over the coming weeks.
