Bradford District and Craven Mind are working in partnership with Dr Ella Russell, Yorkshire Menopause Doctor to deliver a free awareness workshop. 

Dr Russell, has 25+ years clinical experience in supporting women experiencing perimenopause and menopause

Learn more about the connection between menopause and mental health and learn ways you can support yourself and others experiencing menopause.
