How can Mighty Minds support me?
Mighty Minds provides one-to-one and group support at school for children and young people experiencing difficulties with their social, emotional and mental health needs.
One-to-one support includes up to six mentoring sessions where the young person can explore their emotions and set and plan the goals they would like to achieve.
Group support is delivered through a 10-week wellbeing programme that aims to develop emotional intelligence and teaches positive coping strategies to help them manage emotions.
