We’re looking for a Chair of Trustees to lead the organisation, be part of Bradford District and
Craven Mind’s ambitious future providing life-changing mental health and wellbeing support when people need it most.
We’re looking for a compassionate, proactive Operational Service Manager to join our Safe Spaces team at BDC Mind. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the day-to-day delivery of an innovative, all-age mental health crisis alternative, delivered in partnership with The Cellar Trust, local NHS and emergency services, and community providers.
You will promote a positive understanding of mental health and help deliver our strategic objectives by creating compelling content that engages a diverse range of audiences, including our staff, volunteers, people who use our services, and corporate and community supporters.
To provide day to day administrative support for our Community Companions service, including being a first point of contact for people or professionals who want information about the service. This role includes a significant service member facing element, requiring someone with an understanding and supportive approach. The role will also work with our wider team to ensure that service operations are maintained in an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner.
This is a unique opportunity to drive change, shape services, and build meaningful connections with communities that have long been underserved. We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious, and compassionate leader who thrives in a collaborative and fast-moving environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our children and young people’s (CYP) team and contribute to the growth and delivery of our innovative mental health services. As a Community Wellbeing Worker, you will provide responsive, one-to-one support to children and young people aged 5–19 (or up to 25 with additional needs), empowering them to improve their emotional and mental wellbeing.
I feel I am saving lives by supporting people with their mental health and giving them hope.
Working here allows me to support isolated people and bring my personal experiences to support others.
Here I can clearly see how every penny we generate is spent to maximum benefit – and in a community I care about.
My journey has been very rewarding, no two days are the same which is what I love most about my role.
