Community Wellbeing Worker – Hospital Buddies (Relief)

Bradford District and Craven Mind is looking for a Community Wellbeing Worker to support delivery of the Hospital Buddies service. The successful candidate will have experience supporting people around their mental health and wellbeing. A desirable candidate would have strong experience working with children, using outcome measures and working around complex cases in a multi-agency environment.
