About the role
We’re seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Wellbeing Practitioner to work alongside our Community Mental Health Team colleagues to co-facilitate psychological education groups as well as providing 1:1 support interventions to people registered for the group. Find out more about Stepping Stones here.
The role will appeal to those who have:
- Have experience of working with adults, children or young people in a health, social care or other relevant setting
- Have a good knowledge of services across the Bradford District & Craven
- Are confident in delivering group support
- Have a strong understanding of safeguarding and risk management procedures
- Are able to use their initiative as well as being a team player
Role details
Salary scale: £13.67 p/h
Contract: Until 31st March 2026
Hours: Full-time, 37hrs per week
Base: Kenburgh House, 28 Manor Row, Bradford, BD1 4QU with requirement to travel between service locations
Responsible to: Service Manager
Annual Leave: Start at 25 days plus Bank Holidays
Pension: We operate a contributory pension scheme which you will be auto-enrolled into (subject to the conditions of the scheme).
Probationary Period: 6 months
