Digital mental health services survey

Since the pandemic, the NHS has been giving a lot more of its mental health support by telephone or online, rather than face-to-face. This was to help stop the spread of coronavirus but is likely to continue even after it is under control.

Mind has produced a survey to gather feedback on how well this is working for people with mental health problems. The charity want to get a clearer picture of how well these services are working and how they might be improved.

A wide range of feedback from people who have accessed support over the phone or online could help shape the future of mental health services. Findings will help Mind influence policy-makers and NHS decision-makers to make sure people can access support in a way that works for them.

The questions should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and the survey will remain open until mid-February. Responses are anonymous but there is an option at the end of the questionnaire to include personal information if you would like to take part in further research.

Any personal information shared with Mind will be stored securely. Find out more by reading their Privacy Policy.

Any clients or members of the public who are unable to fill out the online survey are welcome to share their thoughts by calling us on 01274 730815. Our staff will be encouraging digitally excluded clients to give feedback over the phone.
