Our befriending team have created a self-care booklet for clients receiving befriending support.
The booklets include a range of resources and self-care activities to help with wellbeing, such as colouring, yoga techniques and recipes. It has been sent out to 137 clients who currently receive support through our befriending service Community Companions.
Donna, Volunteer Coordinator and manager of the service, said:

You can take a look at the booklet here.
