Anne spent the last 25+ years working with Offenders through HMPPS, MOJ and Health and Justice Commissions. She has always been passionate about Offender Health, and has been instrumental in changing the landscape for Offenders, enabling them to have a voice regarding their health. It has been evident in her work that childhood trauma can lead to mental illness, addiction and offending behaviour, this led her to Bradford District and Craven Mind and the opportunity to be Senior Service Manager for children and young people’s services. Anne is Bradford born and passionate about investing in the city through Bradford District and Craven Mind. In her spare time she is a devoted Grandma, Pop Choir Singer and Gig and Theatre goer and curry-eater.
Emma is Service Manager for our Children and Young People’s services including Know Your Mind, Know Your Mind Plus and Hospital Buddies. She has over 10 years experience of youth work and is passionate about helping others to reach their own potential. Emma loves to be outdoors, walking in nature is her happy place.
Beth loves supporting children and young people, helping them learn new things about themselves and finding new creative ways to express their emotions. Outside of work Beth loves to travel and going on long dog walks especially in the sunshine.
Chloe adores her role working with amazing young people. She particularly enjoys supporting them through difficult times and helping them learn how to look after themselves physically, emotionally and mentally. Outside of her job role, Chloe loves shopping, and watching Disney movies.
Annum loves engaging with children and young people, helping them achieve their goals and overcoming any barriers they are facing. When she is not at work, she enjoys travelling and spending time in nature.
Jess loves being able to provide a safe space for the young people to open up and express their worries. Working through them together to help manage their mental wellbeing in a more positive way. During Jess’s free time, she enjoys going to the gym and watching true crime documentaries.
Ali loves working on the children’s ward as she spent time in hospital as a young person herself. It feels good to be able to support others and to offer some company to children who are feeling bored or unhappy in hospital. Outside of work Ali enjoys playing games with her children, having trips out to places like cafes, bowling, the cinema, watching them play their sports, and going for walks. She has a big fluffy ginger cat called Teddy who likes to sleep on her desk when she’s working from home.
Sufia is passionate about supporting people and focusing on how positive changes can be incorporated into their day to day lives. Outside of work she enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.
Muneeb is passionate about his role as a hospital buddy on the children’s ward, having personally experienced time in the hospital as a young person. He finds great fulfillment in offering support, companionship, and care to children who may feel isolated or down during their hospital stays. Outside of work, Muneeb enjoys walking, video editing, and dedicating his time to various charitable causes.
