Client equality and diversity survey

We want to hear your views on our services in relation to equality and diversity.

At Bradford District and Craven Mind we are passionate about ensuring our services meet the needs of the communities we serve.

We are currently developing our Equality Action Plan and would like input from clients. By answering our short questionnaire you will help us understand your thoughts, experiences and priorities, helping us to improve our services and become better at supporting and representing everyone.

We would really like to hear from as many clients as possible, so we can truly work together to achieve positive change.

All responses are completely anonymous.

However, if you would like to share more details with us beyond the survey, or if you would like to be involved more in the development of our Equality Action Plan, please call our admin team on 01274 730815 or speak to a Bradford District and Craven Mind worker or practitioner.

To complete the survey, please click here. The closing date is Friday 29 July.
