We are pleased to announce that our live chat service Guide-Line is now open from 12pm (noon) to 12am (midnight).
Online chat support is open between 12pm and 12am every day of the year to support people across the district who are struggling with their mental health. It previously operated between 3pm and 8pm.
Guide-Line is a district-wide mental health telephone and live chat support service which has been running for more than 20 years.
We have an experienced team of staff and volunteers who are fully trained to answer a variety of questions about mental health and wellbeing and offer support and advice. They can also let people know what other services may be of help locally and help access them.
You can access the Guide-Line live chat here.
