Guide-Line live chat has a new provider

Our Guide-Line live chat has switched over to a different platform.

People who are struggling with their thoughts and feelings can speak to our Guide-Line workers online via live chat. The chat launched in May 2020 and has now switched over to a new platform, Tawk.To.

A ‘let’s chat!’ widget now appears on our website 3pm-8pm each day which you can click to access the chat.

Anyone of any age, who lives in Bradford, Airedale, Wharfedale or Craven can seek support. Guide-Line is not a counselling or therapy service but speaking to one of our workers could help you stay well, build resilience and find out what support is available locally.

You can access the chat here.
