Today we have launched our own take on the 2.6 Challenge!
The 2.6 Challenge was developed to help UK charities replace lost income after the 26-mile London Marathon was cancelled. We think this challenge is a fantastic opportunity to raise much-needed funds, but also to encourage our supporters to take care of their mental health during the pandemic.
With this in mind we have come up with our own take on the 2.6 Challenge, by creating a 26 Day Calendar of wellbeing and fundraising activities. We have suggested a range of activities, from baking 26 cakes to running 2.6 miles.
We have left every other day blank so you can come up with your own ideas too. The 2.6 Challenge is all about doing what best suits you!
Our 26 Day Calendar is just one way to get involved – you can take part in the 2.6 Challenge by doing any activity based around the numbers 26 or 2.6.
However you choose to take part, you will help ensure that no one in our city, towns and streets has to face a mental health problem alone.
