You can now read the latest edition of our client-led newsletter Write Mind which marks today’s Blue Monday.
Blue Monday is the name given to the third Monday in January each year, said by a travel company to be the most depressing day of the year – due to a combination of weather, debt, time since Christmas and new year’s resolutions.

Other features include a news story on how we are tackling inequality for people with a severe mental illness, an update on our Winter Appeal and a look back at the 300 hampers we gave to our clients before Christmas.
