We are adding a new Women’s Peer Support Group to our well-being timetable.
The group will be held every Tuesday from 12pm to 1:30pm over Zoom. The group will start on Tuesday 9 March.
The Women’s Peer Support Group will be a space where you can talk to others, share your worries and find coping strategies. This will be a safe and welcoming group for women to share their experiences and know they are heard, valued and accepted.
