Services will continue to help during lockdown

Following The Government’s announcement of a four-week lockdown in England, we want to confirm that our services will remain open and will continue to help people in person, over the phone and on-line. The lockdown begins today, Thursday 5 November, and is set to last through to Wednesday 2 December 2020. We are still here to help, including with COVID-safe, face-to-face services, running as they currently are

We have a dedicated team who are working hard to maintain and step-up our mental health support services in these difficult times. We are doing everything we can to ensure this support is safe and effective, and to meet the increased demand we have seen throughout the pandemic.

We are here for you. To find out more about our services, head to the support for you section of our website.

Please call us on 01274 730 815 or email [email protected] if you have any questions or concerns about our services.

To talk to someone about your mental health, please call our freephone helpline, Guide-Line, on 08001 884 884.
