As 2021 begins, we want to encourage anyone who wants to fundraise for us to take up the 2.6 challenge.
Following the cancellation of the London Marathon, charities across the UK have been replacing that lost income with other activities relating to the famous 26 miles. You can take part in an activity of your choice based around the numbers 2.6 or 26.
You pick the activity that best suits you. You could run 26 miles, or run 2.6 miles a day for 26 days. You could bake 26 cakes, or host 26 quizzes, or eat 26 crackers as fast as you can – it’s completely up to you!
You can get as creative as you like while fundraising at the same time. Find out more about the challenge here.
Everybody’s story is different and you can tell yours on our Just Giving page.
You can also email us at [email protected] or call us on 01274 730815.
