The Mind Walk, run by national Mind, is going virtual this year. On Saturday 17 October there will be hundreds of us walking apart but taking steps together to make sure all of us affected by mental health problems are seen and heard. No matter where we are in the country, we will walk in solidarity for change, for understanding, for better mental health. So if you want to fly The Mind Walk flag and raise funds for your local Mind, get your walking boots on for Bradford District and Craven Mind and take part in one of our great local walks with friends, family or alone!
All you need to do is register to take part for Bradford District and Craven Mind on this page, choose your route (of around 10km) and join us all on Saturday 17 October to fly the flag for better mental health and help make sure no one has to face a mental health problem alone. You can download our Mind Walk flag to use on the day and if you take part, do take photos of your walks and send them to us by emailing [email protected] or tagging Bradford District and Craven Mind in your social media posts.
