As West Yorkshire remains in Tier 3, we want to share some tips on how to stay well during continued restrictions.
West Yorkshire went into Tier 3 restrictions on Wednesday 2 December following the end of the national lockdown. These are the toughest restrictions in the tier system, and life under them can be difficult. We want to share some well-being advice to help you get through Tier 3 with a happy and healthy mind.
Our top ten wellbeing tips are:
tip one: routine
tip two: get outside
tip three: exercise
tip four: stay connected
tip five: stillness
tip six: go online
tip seven: screen breaks
tip eight: watch a film or TV
tip nine: read a book
tip ten: express yourself.
Here’s a video from Kelly, one of our Children and Young People’s Community Wellbeing Workers, explaining our tips in a bit more detail.
