Mental health and wellbeing support for children and young people aged 5 – 19 and up to 25 with additional needs. Our free services support you at every stage of life from childhood to adulthood.

If you are in distress get urgent support from Safe Spaces by calling First Response on 0800 952 1181 available 24/7. Guide-Line can also make a referral for you over the phone. 

I need to talk to someone.

Call Guide-Line on 08001 884 884 or chat online from 8am – midnight for emotional, confidential support. Guide-Line can refer you for urgent support from Safe Spaces.
