How can MAGIC support me?
MAGIC, stands for Managing Anxiety and creating Goals for Increased Confidence. The service supports young people aged 5-11 years old who struggle with anxiety.
Through creative one-to-one sessions with a counsellor or youth worker, you will learn to express your emotions and manage your anxiety symptoms. MAGIC is in collaboration with local Primary Schools, and we deliver sessions at the young person’s school.
