SMI-LE  is available to individuals aged 18+ who live in Bradford District and Craven and have a Care Coordinator.

The support typically lasts for six weeks but can be extended depending on the individual’s needs.

Support is offered in the following areas:

  • mental health and wellbeing
  • social housing,
  • welfare and benefits
  • bereavement
  • employment
  • debt management

To access this service, please speak with your Care Coordinator at your local Community Mental Health Team (CMHT).
