You’ll be taking part in a friendly five-a-side football tournament with other local businesses to help raise money for Bradford District and Craven Mind.
You can register as a Business Team or Community Team with up to nine players:

The Heads Up Cup is organised in partnership with Bradford Park Avenue AFC
Lydia (not Linda!) and Sheridan talked to BCB Radio about Heads up Cup.
Each team can consist of 9 total participants: 5 players and 4 rolling subs
Please wear suitable clothing. Players should wear shin pads. Please note, players can wear moulded boots only, no metal studs or blades are allowed on the pitch.
We will send out a health and safety form a week before the event. However, if you have anything you would like us to be aware of further in advance please contact [email protected]
