Take on the Great Yorkshire Abseil for your local Mind!

Our expert instructors will be there to guide you through this challenge. You don’t need any specialist equipment or previous experience to take part, just some sensible outdoor clothing and footwear, and a little bit of courage! We will take care of the rest.

Registration fee: £20 for Adults, £10 for under 18s

Fundraising target: £150 per person

Minimum age: 6-years (under-18s to be accompanied by an adult)

Weight restriction: 18 stone due to harness restrictions

87p of every £1 we receive is spent on charitable work.

£150 could fund a confidential phone call for 10 people needing emotional support.

Amongst others, the team at Bradford District and Craven Mind, helped me to lift myself back up out of a very dark place; I will always be thankful for the support that was offered to me.
