Service Coordinator – Guide-Line

At Bradford District and Craven (BDC Mind), we are looking for a Service Coordinator to play a key role in the development and delivery of Guide-Line, our all-age mental health helpline service.
As Service Coordinator, you will work closely with the Guide-Line Service Manager to ensure the service operates safely, effectively, and to the highest standards. You will coordinate service delivery, maintain compliance with safeguarding and quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement that empowers and supports individuals across our district.

Role details
Salary scale: Grade 3: £14.34 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37 hrs per week
Base: Kenburgh House, 28 Manor Row, Bradford, BD1 4QU with requirement to travel between service locations
Responsible to: Service Manager
Annual Leave: 25 days plus Bank Holidays
Pension: We operate a contributory pension scheme which you will be auto enrolled into (subject to the conditions of the scheme).
Probationary Period: 6 months
