Bradford District and Craven Mind (BDC Mind) are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Service Manager to join our team to lead and develop a number of our adult support services. This is an exciting opportunity to drive service improvements, work alongside the Bradford District Community Mental Health Teams, support our dedicated staff and volunteers, and make a difference to the wellbeing of people in our community.
You will be joining a supportive, diverse and brilliant team who are all driven by the same purpose – to ensure that nobody across the Bradford District and Craven has to face a mental health issue alone.
The role will appeal to those who have:
- An understanding of current challenges those with mental health issues may face
- Experience in leading and managing people
- A passion for driving service improvements
- Experience in managing risk and safeguarding, as well as working in a multi-disciplinary way
- An ability to manage competing priorities

Salary Scale: |
Grade 4 (£28,753 – £36,806 per annum). We are seeking to appoint from £30,000 – £36,806 for this post. |

25 days plus Bank Holidays, increasing with length of service |
Pension: |
