At BDC Mind, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Youth in Mind team as a Service Manager, to play a vital role in driving the operational delivery of our Youth in Mind projects. This position is integral to the expansion of our programme, enabling us to meet our commitment of improving Children and Young people services. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in engagement, relationships and an ability to lead through change. This role will require working closely with the Senior Service Manager.

Important information
Salary: Grade £28,753 – £36,806 per annum
Contract: 12 Month Maternity Cover
Hours: 37 hours
Probation: 6 months
