At Bradford District and Craven Mind, we’re looking for a welcoming and compassionate Volunteer Coordinator to be the support our incredible volunteer team. In this role, as part of People & Culture team, you’ll play a pivotal part in recruiting, inducting, and supporting a diverse team of volunteers who deliver vital services to our community. From guiding new volunteers through the onboarding process to promoting partnerships and building an engaged volunteer workforce plan, your work will leave a lasting impact.

Salary scale: Grade 3 (£13.75 – 15.49 per hour)
Role details
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 28 hours
Base: Kenburgh House, 28 Manor Row, Bradford, BD1 4QU with requirement to travel between service locations
Responsible to: People & Culture Manager
Annual Leave: start from 25 days plus Bank Holidays
Pension: We operate a contributory pension scheme which you will be auto-enrolled into (subject to the conditions of the scheme).
Probationary Period: 6 months
